JOB SUMMARY
As a SAP EWM Specialist, you will be a member of our global team of SAP specialists, which together share the responsibility for implementation, maintenance, support of our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM). You will collaborate closely with our team in logistics, process owners, project managers, and technical teams to deliver tailored SAP EWM solutions in challenging projects that streamline operations and enhance the overall supply chain performance at BELIMO. Your first project will be the implementation of SAP EWM at our production and logistics sites in the US, which is a key step in our overall supply chain strategy. This position includes training and development opportunities, as we are committed to investing in candidates, including SAP EWM Customizing training.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The SAP EWM Specialist reports directly to the Head of Product Applications IT/SAP located in Switzerland with a dotted line to the Head of IT, Americas and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide expert guidance on SAP EWM functionality and process setup in all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions as well as technical documentation
• Participate in complex configuration, customization and implementation of SAP EWM solutions based on the requirements of our process experts
• Together with fellow SAP EWM Specialists covering our 3 global regions you will be one of the key players in continuously developing our SAP EWM environment according to upcoming business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4 HANA and other supply chain systems and add-ons
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP EWM systems meet quality standards and client expectations and fit our global template approach
• Create documentation to support system adoption and knowledge transfer
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP EWM issues escalated by key users, leveraging your deep understanding of logistics processes and system architecture, review gaps and the solutions design
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP EWM and warehouse management technologies, such as mobile device and printer solutions
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes and warehouse technologies. Ideally worked as SAP EWM Key User in past able to bridge logistics operation processes with deeper systems understanding.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in implementing and supporting SAP EWM solutions, ideally within a consulting or corporate environment which includes minimum one full cycle end to end implementation
OR
Proven experience (2+ years) operating and supporting Belimo’s logistics processes, and the willingness to develop towards a technical SAP EWM specialist
• Experienced with SAP EWM requirements gathering and preparation of functional specification document. Should have supported Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executed data migration and user training in SAP EWM implementation and rollouts
• Expertise in SAP EWM configuration, including warehouse structures, master data, RF frameworks and additional (integration) knowledge with SAP ERP/modules MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, GTS is an advantage
• Pro-active and drives for results: demonstrates deep understanding of customer expectations and end user needs; dedicated to exceeding customer expectations; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Encourages thoughtful risk taking to advantage innovation: comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas, ability to influence and position new ideas, initiatives and innovations; tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings
• Problem solving skills: looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answer, probes all fruitful sources for answers, can see hidden problems, walks the extra mile
• Relevant SAP certifications preferred; basic knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO (reading/debugging) would be nice to have, as well as UI5/Adobe Forms capabilities
