JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting and improving Belimo's Integrated Management System (IMS). This individual contributor role is crucial for the efficient operation of a quality management system, ensuring that all aspects of quality are documented, tracked, followed up on, and improved over time.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Quality Systems Coordinator is a member of the Americas' Quality Department, reporting to the Quality Manager, and is fully accountable for achieving the established goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and organize quality documents and records, archive action items, and prepare monthly reports for leadership on pending issues.
  • Submit documents requiring document control or periodic review to the global document control team for evaluation and implementation, following Quality Manager vetting.
  • Track and ensure timely completion of all action items from audits, assessments, and corrective/preventive actions, with proper documentation for archival.
  • Assist with audit preparation by ensuring necessary documentation and action items are ready.
  • Coordinate and deliver Integrated Management System training to employees, ensuring compliance with quality processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for quality-related inquiries and manage communications with the local Quality Department via Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of action items and quality initiatives.
  • Compile and format quality metrics data, analyze trends, and assist in decision-making.
  • Support the audit process by providing required documents and facilitating effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years prior experience in a Quality role for a manufacturing company.
  • Demonstrated aggressive, persuasive, and creative problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Expert use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software.
  • Travel requirements of position is approximately 20%

The base pay for this position ranges from $28 -$33 per hour with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner.
