e Accounting Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the ADP System and the processing of payroll. Expense reimbursement through Concur, Accounts Payable in SAP.

This position will support the administrative payroll, expense reimbursements and accounts payable processes in the Americas. The purpose of this position is to continue our high level of service to our employees and vendors through operational excellence.


The objectives of this position are fully integrated to the objectives of the Company’s Mission and Values. It is the responsibility of all employees to perform their duties in accordance with Company Policy.


The Accounting Coordinator is part of the Americas Finance team and reports to Payroll Supervisor and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.


  • Running basic payroll functions for US companies. Includes payroll posting into our accounting system (SAP)
  • Reviewing timesheets, receiving employee online time sheets, and request approval by managers.
  • Responding to employee’s questions, paystubs, time off.
  • Training new employees for ADP website, time clock, new hire paperwork (taxes (W4s, timecards, etc.)
  • Processing termination payments
  • VOE (Verification of Employment)
  • Manage time clock issues
  • Provide support and training to employees authorized in ADP.
  • Employee’s expenses reimbursements.
  • Posting Vendors Invoices and payments.
  • Other duties as required.


  • AS Degree  in Accounting, Business administration or related field required.
  • 3 year’s applicable Payroll experience is required. 
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and Excel are required.
  • Strong organization, communication and writing skills
  • Customer service focused and demonstrate a sense of urgency. 
  • 2 years of Accounting experience required
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
