JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will manage, optimize, and support SAP systems to ensure seamless business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, design solutions, and help implementing SAP modules that meet organizational needs.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Business Applications/SAP Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Business Applications, Americas, and is fully responsible for the agreed-upon goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for SAP solutions with S4/Hana system.
  • Support SAP Sales and SAP Supply Chain Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Writing functional specifications for new change requests
  • Secondary support for BI/BW user groups. Support writing specifications for new or changed reports.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP systems.
  • Test and document SAP system configurations and updates.
  • Work closely with the Key Users as main business contacts and the 3rd Level SAP team for support, changes and projects. 
  • Train key users on SAP functionality and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
  • Provide daily support for the application portfolio, especially those applications that interface and are integrated with SAP like ShipERP, AvaTax and Paymetrics.
  • Ensure documentation and Knowledge Base documents are created and updated with process and technical changes.
  • Participate actively in identifying and implementing process improvements across Belimo business and technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 - 5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing or 5 years of experience with SAP ECC implementation, configuration, or support.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana Sales/ECC OTC business processes and configuration required. SAP certifications are a plus.
  • Experienced in working autonomously and as part of a team.  Understands the value of teamwork and individual members and shares information freely and openly to advance team knowledge.
  • High attention to detail with analytic, documentation, and research skills.
  • Strong business acumen, collaboration skills, and customer focus.
  • Ability to understand and manage complexity.
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or 3 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Understanding business processes in other SAP S/4 Hana Functional areas, including Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management. OR SAP ECC – OTC, Material, Management, Production Planning, Logistics Execution, Business Intelligence, and systems integrations is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SAP BI, analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $120,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 10% of an employee’s annual base salary.
