JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will oversee and implement global business processes and improvements within the Group Division Logistics/Customization. You will lead complex improvements, CAPEX projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Application Business Process Expert EWM reports directly to the Head of L/C Systems & Applications and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee global business processes, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to make final decisions on local system variations within the Group Division Logistics/Customization.
  • Lead and implement improvement and investment projects to meet long-term business objec-tives.
  • Evaluate, plan, and execute complex business improvement or CAPEX investment projects, with a strong focus on logistics systems, in line with Belimo's growth strategy.
  • Develop and enhance the knowledge and training skills of process responsible and key users through a 'train the trainer' approach.
  • Maintain and create training documentation for process responsible and key users.
  • Analyze processes, systems, and applications weaknesses on a global level.
  • Coordinate global change requests and oversee release planning.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication between Business and IT organ-izations.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment.
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Process Management or Logistics.
  • > 5 years of experience in logistics system management.
  • Extensive SAP know-how in EWM, SD, TMS, MM, PP.
  • Project experience in interdisciplinary, international teams in an industrial environment
  • Proven expertise of 2 topics within the Belimo Supply Chain Focus topics.
  • Deep understanding of global logistics systems, processes, and applications. 
  • Experience in coordinating and implementing new processes globally.
  • Proficiency in managing change requests and overseeing release planning.
  • Is a team player who works well with others, takes initiative, and is highly self-motivated.
  • Communicates with clarity and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates creativity and proactivity, consistently taking the initiative.
  • Persuades stakeholders to support projects.
  • Exhibits strong logical and analytical thinking, with a clear focus on achieving goals.

The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000 - $130,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
